4 Foods To Keep You Cool From Inside in Summers

HOT HOT Summers have come up in its full color. They lower your energies and make you feel lousy all the time. To keep your body hydrated and energetic, I have for you today 4 foods you should have in summers.

.

1.Watermelon for freshness:

Watermelon is summer season fruit. It not only is hydrating but also contains minerals and vitamins. Its alkaline-forming effect helps to tackle issues caused by high acidic diet. Also because it is rich in potassium so it helps regulated normal action of muscles and nerves. It helps liver process ammonia and flush off access fluids from body. It contains Vitamin A and C.

2.Cool cool Mint:

Just the smell of mint in summers is so soothing that it makes you feel relax. In India people serve mint chutney(sauce) with food in summers. It not only gives you glowing skin but also fight body pains. It beats stress, as it is one of the very important ingredient used in aromatherapy. You can have this in Ice Tea, juice or salad. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties it makes your body cool.

3. Tomato guards from UV rays:

You may be surprised to see tomato part of this list. But because of presence of lycopene compound in it which gives it red color, it becomes a must EAT fruit in summers. This compound acts as shield and protects you from sunburns.

4. Hydrating Cucumber

Cucumber in summers hydrates the body well and helps fight problems like inflammation (in hindi it is known as soojan). They help eliminate toxins and also contain Vitamin C and B in good concentration. Silicon and sulfur present in cucumber helps in hair growth. It works best to cure puffy eyes due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
