Chocolate Orange peel : Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:


* Peal of two Oranges
*2 Cup sugar
*1 Cup Melted dark chocolate


Preparation:

1.Cut orange peel into rectangular slices, 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
2.Remove the white portion from the peel.
3.Boil the orange peel slices for 3-4 minutes. This will reduce the sour taste of peel also they will become soft.
4.Take another pan and add 1- 1/2 cup of sugar and 3/4 water to it and try to dissolve sugar. 
5.As the sugar is dissolved and the mixture has reduced a bit of volume,add orange peels to it and simmer the mixture for 15 min.
6.Now take them out and let them cool down. As they cool down roll them onto finely grinded sugar.
7.Dip half of the peel slice into melted dark chocolate and let them set into the fridge.
8.Ready to serve!!
